Everybody is busy, your employees as well. Visiting the platform might not be their number 1 priority, and sometimes they just forget to come back after completing some activities. You can use automations to send an e-mail notification to those who haven't logged in to the platform for a while.

User case example: users need to be nudged back to the platform when they haven’t logged in to the platform for a month.😴

Create the reminder automation:

Use the following basic steps to create a reminder automation:

Step 1. Go to Behaviour > Automations in TinQwise Control

Step 2. Create a new Automation

Step 3. Give the Automation a name and choose Check periodically

Step 4. As condition select:

  • User-specific time condition’

    • How to compare: Compare with current time

    • User specific time field: Last login of user

    • Start of timespan: 31d

Step 5. As action select:

  • Notify user

    • Title: “Get inspired by the NAME Academy”

    • Message: “Hi {{event.user.first_name}},

Good news! There are activities ready for you. Use these activities to learn, be inspired and become even better at what you do.

      Have fun!"

    • Check 'send_email' box.

    • Email message:

"Good news!

There are activities ready for you at the Academy. Use these activities to learn, be inspired and become even better at what you do. Go to the Academy via the link below.

Have fun!"

  • Email template: Notification (global)

  • Recipients: user

  • User source: event -> user

Step 6. Save the automation

Done! User who haven't logged into the platform for 31 days will now automatically receive an e-mail notification.
