Is a certain activity or journey very important to you? You probably want to remind your users that they need to complete that content.š” Luckily for you, you donāt have to manually track who has completed it and remind those who havenāt. Just use automations to send notifications to those who havenāt completed the content yet and add the content to their to do list. āļø

Create the reminder automation:
Use the following basic steps to create a reminder automation:
Step 1. Go to Behaviour > Automations in TinQwise Control
Step 2. Create a new Automation
Step 3. Give the Automation a name and choose Check periodically
Step 4. Add the conditions that a user needs to meet in order to get this in their to-do list (e.g. user needs to be in specific groups, or 30 days after their contract start date).
Step 5. In Actions first select the action Add to to-do list
Choose Recipients: user
Choose User source: event > user (any user who meets the conditions)
Choose to attach the to do item to a activity or activity container (= journey or section)
Leave the Activity (container) source at self
Select the journey you want to put on the list
If you want to make this journey mandatory, check the box for Is mandatory
Optionally add a due date.
Step 6. In Actions then select the action Notify user
Give the notification a subject by using the Title field
Add the content of your notification to the Message field
Optionally also add an e-mail message by checking the send_email box
Add an e-mail message: the greeting is automatically included
Select āNotification (Global)ā as e-mail template
Select āuserā as Recipients
Select āevent -> userā as User source
Step 7. Save the action and automation
