The weather is getting better and so is LXP π₯ Once more, we have a sizzling release. Careful; it's getting hot in here...
Simply simplify control π΅π
1. Preview the impact of automations
Have you ever accidentally sent a notification to 4000+ users? Then you know the feeling.... π₯Ά With this new upgrade, the chances of making unwanted mistakes is significantly reduced. Once you create an automation, you will instantly see (1) how many users meet the conditions and (2) how many users will immediately be influenced by the automation after saving. You simply hover or click on the eye-icon.

2. Suspend user action
It was already possible to suspend a user manually via the user detail page. This was good, but not good enough, especially when you had to suspend multiple users. You can now suspend users based on conditions using an automation.
For example: you can automate the suspension of users once they completed all the onboarding content.
3. Structure: Grant permission to multiple groups
Do you need to give the same permission to multiple groups? You can now do so with less effort and less clicks in Structure: select one or multiple groups, click on the three dots and select the permissions you want to grant to these groups. Check the permissions guide for a more detailed explanation on permissions.
4. User details: Select multiple target groups when granting permissions
In one go, we also made it easier to grant a permission to a specific user, e.g. manage members, to multiple target groups at once.
Programme progress in in-app reporting ποΈβπ¨οΈ
Each sprint, we develop a bit more for the LXP Programme feature, our latest star β¨
Now, managers can see the programmes in manager reporting. In reporting, click on a user to see:
A list of programmes the learner has enrolled
here you can only see the programmes that the user has started on the individual level and not the programmes that the user has access to
The learner progress for each programme
Journey descriptions π
Many of you felt the need to share more info about a particular journey. Either to enthuse users, share learning goals or simply describe the content a bit better. We found a solution to your problem. From now on you can add a journey subtitle and a journey description. Subtitles are shown on the journey tile (where the journey description used to be), and journey descriptions will be shown in the journey itself.
β
Good to know: existing description texts will be automatically migrated to the new subtitle field in Control.
Smart exam results π€
We learn from our mistakes. Therefore it's important that your test results are clear & insightful. The result screen of the smart exam shows a detailed overview of all correct and wrong answers in different colours for multiple question types:
MPC text
Ordering
MPC image (new)
Blind hotspot (new)
Fill in the blank (new)
Good to know: as an admin, you can enable or disable revealing the correct answer at the end of the exam in the content builder.
