We are excited to share new features from our product oven. π€€π©βπ³ Can you already smell what's in the kitchen? Let's start with an overview of the sprint highlights. Keep reading to see what's coming.
Simplifying control is fast and furious π
1. New module detail page
Have you already seen the shiny new module detail page design?
The page was getting seriously cluttered. The new setup now has a sub navigation that spreads module info across multiple (relevant) tabs. For example, session modules have a separate tab for the event series and attendee list, while exams will show you exam results and question stats. Editing has become more straightforward, since the page is now less crowded, more user-friendly, and includes everything an admin could ask for π€©
This new setup has also created space to add more goodies to the page in the future, such as module-level insights π€
2. Completing and resetting modules? Easy peasy lemon squeezy π
As an admin you no longer have to set up a automation to complete or reset a completed module anymore. It is easier and much more accessible now. Check out the intercom article to find out how.
Importing users gets better and better π
It is possible to dry run an importer to see which users, groups, and group memberships will be created, modified, or updated.
The importer will automatically be paused if too many users are suspended. The default number is currently set for 100.
You can import users with an "active" status instead of "pending". You can make the decision based on your needs. It is good to remember the following before setting your imported users as active:
Only active users receive notifications.
Only active users show in progress reports.
Only active users show in groups & in-app reporting.
We are becoming more secure than ever π
The world keeps changing, so does our product. We have to make sure that we are evolving without compromising security which has always been a top priority for us. We made some pretty cool updates during this sprint, making your platforms even more secure than before.
COMING UP: LXP programmes β¨
Many of you have been looking for a way to group multiple journeys together into a learning programme (e.g. onboarding or a leadership programme). We have taken this one step further and designed a feature which will allow you to present learning experiences as a whole, with a clear start and finish. This way, you can provide learners more structure, and admins and managers more insights.
π Here is a small teaser from the designs:
During the design process, we organised a workshop with some of our active clients to test our assumptions. TinQwise LXP is getting better and stronger everyday with your help and feedback.
Now, it's time to carry on with the development process. We will first start with the development of grouping journeys. The LXP Programmes feature will gradually expand with more functionalities. Batten down the hatches product team! πͺ
Bug fixes π
Thanks to your feedback, we discovered a rough egde that needs to be polished. Before, it was not possible to remove the users who are "pending" or have not logged in yet from the platforms. Now, if you remove the platform invite of the pending users will automatically be removed from the platform and will not be shown in the open invites anymore.
