You can monitor each learner’s progress through the Reporting tab on their user profile.

This gives you a clear summary of their activity status, attempts, and completion data, helpful for support, or for further adjustments of content.

🧭 How to access a user's progress

  1. Go to Users > Users

  2. Click on the name of the user to open their profile

  3. Select the Reporting tab in the top menu

πŸ’‘ Tip:

You can also reach the same tab from Control > User > Reporting.

πŸ“ˆ What the Reporting tab shows

The Reporting tab shows a full progress overview for that user, including:

  • Summary progress: Total % of completed activities

  • Activity status for each activity:

    • Completed

    • Incomplete

    • Expired

    • No access

  • Activity details:

    • Content ID

    • Activity title

    • Format (e.g., Learning bite, Examination)

    • Number of attempts

Example

  • This user has completed 27% of the learning activities which they have access to.

  • The list then provides a summary of activities the user has no access to, is incomplete, or is completed.

πŸ”₯ Important:

If a learner has no access to an activity, it may be due to permissions or group settings. You can adjust access in their group or activity setup.

πŸ” How to search or filter the activity list

To help find what you're looking for:

  • Use the search bar to search by activity title or keyword

  • Use the drop-down list next to the search bar to filter activities by journey

πŸ’‘ Tip:

If you're managing multiple journeys, the filter helps you isolate progress for just one program or module.
