The same automations usually need to be applied for different content or learners. Duplication makes it easy to re-set similar automations and also help you to minimise any mistakes when setting up your platform. It's a big time saver!
In the Behaviour tab, go to Automations.
Open on the automation you want to duplicate.
Click on the three dots on the upper right corner.
This icon will open the menu where you can find the Duplicate option.
When you click on Duplicate, you will automatically land in the page of the copied automation. This automation will be named as name of the automation (copy). You can then adjust the automation and rename it in the way you wish.
