πSince it was Valentine's Day, we have a poem for our wonderful LXP users.
Roses are red
Violets are blue
The release notes ahead
Are a form of love too
Let's spread the love by sharing what's new πΉ
Simplified Control
As some of you may know, we are working on simplifying LXP Control. We can already smell what's baking. Now released:
Disabled automations will be coloured in red from now on, so it's easy to check whether a specific automation is enabled or not.
It's now possible to duplicate automations. Yaay! π€ Check out the latest intercom article to find out how you can duplicate your automations. This is a big time saver when automating your learning experience.
Stay tuned for more simplifications. π
The faster the better
Another time-saving cookie is the improvements of loading times. Users will for example notice faster loading times when opening a session or their session overview. The platform is getting faster and faster every day π
New reporting APIs
Every organisation has a different reporting need. To accommodate those variations in reporting, we're building a set of APIs to export your data. These datasets can be imported into your own data warehouse for reporting.
The APIs we're working on:
Modules reporting API β (released)
Users reporting API β (released)
Journeys reporting API β(coming up in Q1)
Skills reporting API β(coming up in Q1)
Groups reporting API β (coming up in Q1)
Please reach out to your account representative if you're interested in using these APIs.
Accreditation feature
A must for organisations that need to be proven competent all year round. LXP already supported the submission of accreditation points to PE online. But we did not stop there; we now released accreditation as a general part of LXP.
Your accredited trainings can be tracked by assigning a number of accreditation points to any learning module. That will be reflected in the learners overview and will be available in manager reporting and progression exports.

Optional feedback
By great request, an update was made on the MPC neutral and Range slider templates. These two templates no longer require feedback to be filled in, which gives you more freedom when creating content.
That's all for the release notes but not for spreading love π
Next month, we have a Learning Analytics webinar on the 8 of March (14.00 - 15.00). Save the date to get more information on how you can get more out of your platform by scanning and interpreting the data. You can register here.
