Academies release notes
Well begun is half done. An increasing number of clients ask us for help. Last month's hot topics included content strategy and learning design. This ensures that your content is relevant, based on didactics and truly a learning experience. Next to that, the academy team is unleashing the power of notifications. Numerous LXP platforms demonstrate that in-app and e-mail notifications are very effective in boosting the number of active and engaged users. Let the platform do the work. It's smart to create a notification flow and automate as much as possible. Are you in need of inspiration? Or too busy to create and build a flow? Contact your account representative.

EthiQs release notes

Learning about ethics and compliance is not a snoozefest. We have improved our learning offer into a real compliance journey, where you experience ethics and compliance by actively hearing, doing, and seeing, and therefore learning. In the first real EthiQs dilemma game, ethics comes alive. We really took the time to make it playful and relevant for every learner. It gives the learner the opportunity to experiment with the ethical choices you make every day, and experience the outcomes.

Newbies release notes

Onboarding is an excellent time to start thinking about a personal development program, give every onboardee a few pointers on setting goals in the rest of their career in your organisation.

For the next month, weโ€™re working on hybrid onboarding, including reflections. Weโ€™re turning the โ€œthis is what you should knowโ€ from a company perspective into โ€œwhat can I do now?โ€. This involves personal reflections and sharing with colleagues.

LXP specific features

New smart exam format ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŽ“

This sprint we launched a new smart exam format packed with lots of engaging features. This format lets learners learn in a deeper way, with questions sampled from a question bank that can be sorted with filters, a time frame and categories. Content creators can set up smart exams with lots of flexibility, and we added extra learning goodies such as a timer and retry limits.

An email confirmation is now sent to learners who register to Session events!

In the registration confirmation email, a calendar invite can also be downloaded to connect Session events to your company's go-to calendar application.

Trainers can provide a custom event title which will be shown to learners and in the event overview.

๐Ÿ‘ญ Segmented groups

As a target group, trainers can now select the option to create segmented groups with and / or logics to reach wider audiences on session events.
