Reporting of answers on growing content

Reporting on how people are responding to the growing content. E.g. answers given in a learning bite, assignment, tasks, etc.

As an admin, you might want to see how users are performing on the activities. More specifically, what answers are given on the questions? You can see per individual activity how it's performing.

Note: this is only possible for Growth platform activities and not for imported SCORM yet.

You can find this information in TinQwise Control (yourplatform.platform.co.nl/control). There are two ways to access the information: via "Content" and via "Reporting".

1. Via "Content":

1. In the menu on the left you can select "Content".

2. Click on "Activities".

3. Search for the activity you want information on.

4. Hover on the activity and click on "Edit".

5. Select the tab "Reporting".

6. In the 'Questions' tab, you can browse among the questions and see all the answers given by different users.

7. View information on a question:

The question statistics include the following:

  • Which answer is correct

  • Distribution of answers given

  • Which user answered

  • What their answer is

  • When the answer is given

  • Whether the answer is correct or not

Please note: answers only show up here when a user completed the activity the question is in. If a activity is waiting to be graded it will not show up here until it is graded.

2. Via "Reporting":

Exporting statistics

Step 1. Go to Reporting > Content.
​Step 2. Click on the arrow under "Actions". Then select "Export questions":

You have the option to (un)check the following settings:

  • Include group columns: columns are added with groups the users are in.

  • Include flex fields: these are columns with user information that is platform specific.

Step 3. This will create an export file, which you can view in Reporting > Content > blue 'Export' button, which will take you the page where you can download your selected content reporting.

The Excel file consists of tabs per question including the following information:

  • Question UUID + information of question

  • Answer options and which one is correct

  • User information of who answered

  • Their answers to the questions

  • Date of their answer

  • Whether their answer is correct or not
