Core vs. optional content
This feature is a powerful tool to differentiate what your learners are required to complete vs. content they can do at leisure. It also allows managers to measure the impact of different types of content: what really matters for business KPI purposes and what is part of a more holistic learning approach.
Once the core vs. optional content is set up in LXP Control, Managers can filter learner's core vs. optional content completion across the Reporting feature in LXP.
Learners can filter on core vs. optional content in the My Progress feature.
