Sessions: Granting certificates after completing a session

This article describes how to setup the workflow around users who earn a certificate for completing a session.

In short you need to follow these steps:

  1. Create a session in the Content Builder, include an evaluation, push to TinQwise learning platform

  2. Create a certificate in the Content Builder, push to TinQwise learning platform

  3. Use Control to put the session in a Journey and/or a Widget

  4. Create an automation in control to unlock the certificate for this session

  5. When the host creates an event for the session, make sure that the host will confirm the presence of the attendees, use the checkmark
    ​

  6. Participants register for the session

  7. The session takes place

  8. The host confirms the attendance (manage participants)

  9. The participant evaluates the session

  10. Certificate will be released if:

    1. the time at which the meeting ends has been reached;

    2. the trainer has confirmed the presence of the attendee;

    3. the participant has evaluated the meeting.
