This instruction is part of the Sessions guide.

Unlock Sessions for attendees

This is a necessary step to make sure that learners don't see Sessions of the entire organisation (e.g. store employees seeing Sessions meant for HQ, or new hires to see Sessions meant for managers).

  • Go to Behaviour > Automations > Create a new automation > Choose Check periodically

  • Choose the condition Is group and select your attendee group, in this case 'Learner'.

  • Choose the action Unlock activity and select the Session activities that you want to unlock for this attendee group.

  • Save the automation.

Unlock Sessions for trainers

Make sure to unlock the Session activities also for the trainer group. Similarly as for the 'attendees' group, this is a necessary step to make sure that trainers don't see Sessions of the entire organisation. An example is that you don't want 'leadership' trainers to see Sessions about 'sales' or 'logistics'.

  • Go to Behaviour > Automations > Create a new automation > Choose Check periodically

  • Choose the condition Is group and select your trainer group, in this case 'Trainer'.

  • Choose the action Unlock activity and select the Session activities that you want to unlock for this trainer group.

  • Save the automation.
