You can manage your platformโ€™s integrations, like SSO, SCORM, user imports, and more, via the Integrations tab in Control. This article shows you how to review connected systems and troubleshoot common issues like failed imports or login errors.

โš™๏ธ Where to view integrations in Control

To view connected systems:

  1. Go to Users > Integrations

  2. Use the tabs at the top to view:

    • SAML2: For SSO providers

    • User importer: For CSV-based user imports

    • Remote SCORM or LTI: If supported on your platform

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Monitoring user import integrations

If your platform syncs users from external systems (like HR tools), you can view import logs via the User importer tab.

This page shows:

  • The most recent import attempts

  • Whether the import was successful

  • Warnings or errors in the file

  • A downloadable log of the import

๐Ÿ’ก Tip:

Click the arrow under Actions to open the import log and download the uploaded file.

How to read import results

Each import includes an Info column that shows:

  • Warnings: These wonโ€™t block the import, but might need your attention

  • Errors: These will stop the import from completing

Examples of common issues:

Issue type

Description

Warning

A row is missing optional data

Error

A column name is incorrect or misspelled

Error

Required user field is blank (e.g., email)

๐Ÿ”ฅ Important:

If any required fields are missing or columns are misnamed, the entire import will fail.
