It is possible to connect HR software to the TinQwise Growth platform in order to always have an updated user base on the platform. Benefits of an automated integration are that users automatically get an invite to the platform when they start at your company and are suspended when your HR data marks them as having left.
The TinQwise Growth platform supports different kind of integrations:
API connection with your API (Pull) or with the TinQwise API (Push)
SFTP connection with a file on your FTP server (Pull) or on the TinQwise FTP server (Push).

đĄ Note: Users who no longer appear in the import file are not suspended by default, only when the file says so (Deactivate) or when your importer has been configured to suspend missing users. A suspended user is deleted from the platform after the suspend period set for your platform.
A manually unsuspended user stays active until the next import run that still marks them for deactivation, either a row with Deactivate set or a row the import filter leaves out, and that run suspends them again. To keep a user active, correct the source file or system.
