The neutral feedback MPC with textis used for reflective or exploratory questions that do not necessarily have a right or wrong answer. By default, this template will be treated as single-select, unless you tick the box ‘multi-select’.


Setting it up

Below fields can be filled into the Content Builder. Fields with an * are required.

Content ID*
Title of this template, only shown in the content builder.

Image + image alt

Image uploader for JPG, PNG, GIF. + Image description for accessibility purposes (e.g. blind users with a screen reader).

Heading (text only)

A heading that will be shown to the user on the platform.

Description

Here, you can include a text that could provide more information to the learner before asking the question.

MPC question

Question*

A text that should also include the question.

Show instructions (checkbox)
Ticking this box will show an extra line of instructions (i.e. ‘Select the correct answer’) below the text.

Question for analytics (text only)*
A concise version of the question. Used in analytics and invisible to the user.

Multi select (checkbox)
Ticking this box allows the user to select multiple answers.

Display social answers (checkbox)
If enabled, the learner will see after answering the question how often each answer was picked by other learners (in percentages).

Answer options

Create two or more answer options from which the learner can choose the correct answer(s). Each item consists of the following:

  • Option* (text only): A text description of the answer option as shown to the user. Also used in analytics.

Neutral Feedback

This template does not include right or wrong answers, but neutral feedback instead. The following fields are to be filled in:

  • Title (text only): A title for the feedback text.

  • Text (rich text)*: A descriptive text that supports bulleted and numbered lists, hyperlinks, bold and italic texts.
