This instruction is part of the Sessions guide.

The Session is a simple activity format where the learner is required to attend a training/webinar to complete the activity. After the training there's the option to have the host confirm a learner's attendance, and/or to let the learner fill in a feedback survey about the Session.

Sessions are created in the content builder. Sessions are activity formats and can therefore be created within the 'Activities folder'.

Once you have selected the Session format, complete these fields:

  • Content ID: A unique identifier for the activity. Only shown in the content builder.

  • Session title (text only)*: This is the activity title shown within the activity, as well as on the activity tile and spotlighted activity (if applicable).

  • Image*: Image uploader for JPG, PNG, GIF. Shown on the activity tile and spotlighted activity (if applicable).

  • Session description (rich text)*: A description of what the session is about. Supports bulleted and numbered lists, hyperlinks, bold and italic texts.

  • Session preparation: Add preparative activities that the learner is recommended to complete before attending the session

    • The preparation activities cannot be in SCORM or LTI formats.

  • Preparation heading (text only): A title for the preparation material.

  • Preparation description (rich text): A description text that supports bulleted and numbered lists, hyperlinks, bold and italic texts.

  • Activities: Choose one or more activities that the learner needs to complete in preparation of the session.

  • Evaluation: You can add an evaluation that the learner needs to complete after attending an event. The Session activity will only be completed after submitting the evaluation. If no evaluation is added, the learner will complete the Session after attending an event.

    • Heading (text only): A heading for the evaluation.

    • Text (rich text): An explanatory text that supports bulleted or numbered lists, hyperlinks, bold and italic texts.

    • Questions: Add one or more questions to the evaluation. You can choose between two types of questions:

      1. Open questions

        • Question (text only) = The question text, used for analytics and visible to the learner.

        • Placeholder (text only) = A placeholder text for the input field, e.g. “Write your opinion here”

      2. MPC scale

        • This question requires the learner to answer on a scale from 1 to 5

        • Question (text only) = The question text, used for analytics and visible to the learner.

  • Don't forget to "Save" your activity.

  • Push it to the Growth platform.
