You can view login logs in the Control environment:

  1. Go to Users > Integrations

  2. Click the Login logs tab

  3. The Login logs page will open with a full history of login attempts

๐Ÿ›  How to use login logs

Use login logs to:

  • Confirm access: Check if a user has logged in recently

  • Troubleshoot login issues: Spot failed login attempts and identify patterns

  • Audit activity: Review when and how users access the platform

  • Verify sources: Identify how users are logging in (email, SSO, etc.)

โœ… What to check after reviewing logs

  • If a user hasnโ€™t logged in: Send a reminder or check if their invitation was received

  • If a login attempt failed: Confirm their credentials or reset their password
