If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. Resetting it is quick and secure. Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the password reset option
Go to the platform’s login page and click the "Forgot password" link beneath the login form. This starts the password reset process.
Step 2: Receive the password reset email
After clicking the "Forgot password" link, a password reset email will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
🔔 The reset link is valid for 14 days.
Step 3: Check your email
Open the email from the platform and click the reset link. This takes you to a secure page where you can set a new password.
Step 4: Create a new password
On the reset page:
Enter a new password (minimum 12 characters).
Confirm the password by entering it again.
Make sure both entries match and that your new password is secure and memorable.
Step 5: Complete the reset
Click Submit. A confirmation message will appear indicating your password has been successfully reset.
You can now log in using your new credentials.

If the wrong password is entered too many times, the account will be temporarily locked for security.
⏳ Lockout duration: 60 minutes by default
After this period, you can try logging in again or reset your password.
