Monitoring skill development of members, as a grader

Written by Marie Xhauflair

As a grader, the Reporting tab gives you a clear overview of your team's progress. You can see which members you manage, how they are progressing through journeys, and where they stand on specific skills.

Members

In the LXP, go to Reporting > Members.

Here you will find a list of all the users you manage. For each member, you can see when they were last active and what percentage of their activities they have completed.

You can:

  • Search for a specific member by name

  • Filter the list by journey to focus on a specific programme

Skills

In the LXP, go to Reporting > Skills.

This tab shows all the skills available to your team, organised by skill. Each skill can have multiple levels. In this view, you can see how many of your team members have reached each level.

Each skill level a user completes earns them a badge.

Exploring a skill level

Click on any skill level to open a detailed overview.

You will see four tabs:

  • Completed: members who have finished this level

  • Pending: members whose work is waiting for grading

  • Not completed: members who have not yet finished this level

  • No access: members who do not have access to this level

This makes it easy to spot who is waiting on your feedback and who may need a nudge.

✏️ Tip

Within a skill level, you can search for specific activities by typing the activity title or filtering by activity type.

👀 Good to know

An indication that an activity is waiting for grading is shown directly within the skill level view, so you can quickly see where your attention is needed.
