🧾 Certificate identifiers

Certificate identifiers can now be edited!

Previously, certificate identifiers could not be changed or removed, which created confusion and frustration for both internal teams and clients. That has now been resolved.

This update brings certificate identifiers more in line with the behaviour of other guidance documents, giving admins more flexibility when managing certificate content.

🎭 Custom role-play scenarios can now be selected in the roleplay module

Your custom role-play scenarios can now be selected inside a role-play activity!

Before this update, these custom roleplays could not actually be chosen within the roleplay activity module itself. That limitation is now gone!

Why this matters:

  • Roleplay activities can now be tailored more closely to a client’s setup

  • Learners can practise with scenarios that feel more relevant

  • Teams can make roleplay experiences part of regular learning more easily

πŸ”— Related items are now linked in Studio

Navigating between related items in Studio is now much easier.

Before, admins often had to go back and forth manually to find the content they had just linked or referenced.

This created unnecessary friction and ambiguity. Now, related items are clickable, so you can move directly between them.

This is especially helpful in:

  • Streams

  • Automations

  • Content

  • Groups

🧭 Breadcrumbs in Studio now better remember your location

Breadcrumbs in Studio have been improved to make navigation feel much smoother.

The biggest improvement is that Studio now better remembers where you were. When moving around templates, programmes, or activities, you no longer have to start again from the top and scroll back to the place you were working in.

Why this helps:

  • It is easier for teams to return to the right programme or activity

  • You keep your context while navigating

  • You spend less time scrolling back to where you were

πŸ’‘ Tip: This is especially useful when working through longer activities

πŸ›  A reminder about Content Builder

Studio is where all new releases are happening, and it is the best place to build, manage, and improve content going forward. It keeps getting stronger, more connected, and easier to use.

If you know are still using the Content Builder, we can show you around Studio without a problem.

now is a good moment to flag it internally so the right follow-up can happen.

Why move to Studio:

  • New improvements are landing in Studio

  • Navigation and linking keep getting better

  • It is the platform we are actively investing in
