Intercom support lets you open the Intercom messenger directly inside Control so you can ask questions, get help, and access Quinn, your AI assistant.
You can also use the documentation site if you prefer browsing articles.
How to enable Intercom support
On your platform, go to Settings > Features.
Scroll to Other
Enable Intercom support.
Once enabled, admins can receive support and ask for help via Intercom while they are in Control.
Using Quinn through Intercom
After Intercom support is enabled, open the Intercom messenger in Control and ask your question in plain language.
Quinn is available there to answer questions about your platform, including reporting, automations, sessions, and user or group administration.
