Updated this week

We’ve been busy making things smoother, faster, and a whole lot more intuitive. This week’s release brings exciting updates to sessions and events, major performance improvements, and a sneak peak of what we'll be releasing next.

✨ What’s new

  • 🗓 Smarter sessions and events: A clearer, more visual way to plan and manage your sessions

  • Faster platform performance: Activities load quicker & reduced wait times

  • 🔜 Assistants in NOW: Manage and customise on-the-job assistants by role, all in one place.

🗓 Sessions and events got a major upgrade

We’ve redesigned sessions and events to give you more control, more clarity, and a much friendlier experience.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Clearer structure: Easily see what’s coming up with a better-organised layout

  • Flexible session setup: Differentiate sessions by role, time period, or whatever works best for you

  • Visual improvements: It just looks better, is cleaner, and feels easier to use

  • Create events with ease: Set them up and schedule them without extra clicks

  • Audience management made simple: Manage participants easily

  • Bulk add participants: Invite large groups quickly (no more one-by-one adding)

⚡ Platform performance: faster than ever

We’ve significantly boosted the speed of the platform:

  • Activities load faster: Content appears quicker for learners

  • Shorter wait times: Overall load times are now less than half of what they were before

🔥 These improvements make the experience smoother across both desktop and mobile.

🔜 Assistants in NOW

Soon, you'll have a dedicated space in NOW to manage your on-the-job assistants.

You’ll be able to:

  • Create assistants by role: For all employees, store staff, managers, or other groups

  • Connect assistants to the right content: Link specific assets and knowledge sources

  • Customise role-play scenarios: Choose scenarios that match the needs of each group

  • Manage everything in one place: From info and behaviour to group targeting

This makes it easier to deliver focused, relevant support where and when it's needed.
