The Assistant widget provides learners with a quick and easy way to get support within their learning environment. Whether it’s asking about store processes, learning steps, or general guidance, the Assistant is always ready to help, right in the flow of learning.
What it does
This widget lets users type (or speak) a question and get an immediate answer from the learning assistant. It also offers suggested questions based on relevant topics: like promotions, systems, or store processes.
Use it to:
Help learners find answers without leaving the platform
Reduce dependency on managers or printed guides
Support common questions at scale
How to set up the Assistant widget
Go to Behaviour > Stream
Click the + icon to add a new widget
Select Assistant from the widget list
Enter an internal name (not visible to learners)
Choose a header title (e.g. “Ask your Assistant”)
Save the widget
Before the widget is live, you have to unlock it for users using automations!
What learners see:
Where the answers come from
The Assistant only pulls knowledge from:
Uploaded assets (e.g. PDFs, manuals, how-tos)
Published learning activities on your platform

It does not search the internet or external sources. All answers are based on content you've already provided.
Access requirements
To use the Assistant widget:
Your platform must have TinQwise NOW enabled
This feature is not available by default
