You can edit the sample questions that appear in NOW to better reflect the topics your learners need most.

NOW widget:
3 out of 5 sample questions are randomly shown and rotated
NOW dashboard:
All 5 sample questions are shown in full
How to update the sample questions
Go to Settings > Terminology
Scroll to the Other section
Click now
Find the field labeled Sample_questions
Edit the questions to suit your needs in all languages
Click Save
💡 Tip:
Make your questions clear and action-oriented. For example, “How do I mark an activity complete?” or “Where can I view learner progress?”
After updating...
Once you save your changes:
The new questions will appear instantly in both the widget and the dashboard
Users will see more relevant and familiar prompts, helping them get started more quickly
