Add TinQwise NOW as a menu item in your LXP

As an admin, you can add custom menu items to the learner facing platform. This helps learners reach NOW in fewer clicks.

How to add NOW as a menu item

  1. Go to Control > Settings > Features

  2. Under the section Customisation & personalisation, find "Add menu item" and click on the settings wheel (⚙️)

  3. A side panel will open:

    1. Make sure the toggle is enabled

    2. Click on "add"

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • URL: https://your+platform+name.platform.co.nl/#/NOW

    • Label: NOW

    • Icon name: NOW

  5. (Optional) Tick open_in_same_window if you want the link to stay in the same tab

  6. Click Save

👀 Where learners will see it

Once saved, learners will see NOW listed under the More menu at the top of their screen in the LXP.

💡 Tip:

You can repeat these steps to add other custom links and menus: Great for quick access to tools, help pages, or key content.
