This update is packed with good stuff. So letโ€™s dive in.

What's new?

  1. ๐Ÿงญ Journey layouts โ€“ Choose how learners see content, straight from the settings

  2. ๐Ÿ—‚ Asset collections โ€“ Select images from your library while building

  3. ๐Ÿ˜Š Mood surveys in Studio โ€“ No more switching to the content builder

๐Ÿงญ Journey layouts

Creating a journey or journeys within a programme? You can now decide how your learners see it: grid, slide or list.

  • Tablet & desktop: grid, slide or list view

  • Mobile: slide or list view

Set it per device, per journey. All directly in the settings. No need to configure a widget.

Why this matters?

Sometimes learners need step-by-step guidance. Other times, they just want an overview. Now you choose what fits best:

  • Slide view: great for guiding learners through a sequence (e.g. weekly tasks in a programme).

  • List view: ideal for scanning and jumping in quickly (e.g. in a standalone journey).

  • Grid view: gives a visual overview of sections at a glance.

๐Ÿ’ก Desktop, tablet or mobile: learners start in the view that fits their experience.

๐Ÿ—‚ Asset collections

No more uploading the same image again and again. When youโ€™re creating content, for example in a journey or learning bite, you can now select images straight from your asset collections, like Managers or Store employees. Saving time and keeping your content clean and consistent.

How to use assets from your library:

  1. When adding or editing an image block, click the image area

  2. Choose Select from library

  3. Browse your Collections (e.g. Managers, Store employees)

  4. Click an image to insert it

Voilร ! No more uploading the same asset five times because it โ€œdisappearedโ€ the first four.

๐Ÿ˜Š Mood surveys in Studio

Mood surveys now live in Studio. No more switching to the content builder. That means: less setup, smoother creation, and the same impact.

How to create a mood survey:

  1. Go to Content > Activities > New activity

  2. Select Mood survey

  3. Fill in the details: Heading, image, choose an icon (optional), and add the content ID

  4. Click Save and start editing!
