Mood surveys help you check in on employees’ well-being during their learning journey. They offer a quick view of how users are doing and can also collect feedback on the learning experience or the platform. This article shows you how to create and automate them.
How to create mood surveys in the content builder?
Go to Content Builder, create a child page 'Mood Survey' inside a Pages folder, and fill in the fields.
Fields in the Content Builder
Content ID* = A unique identifier for the mood survey. Only shown in the content builder.
Intro = Here you can upload media (maximum of one image or one video) that is shown on the start page.
Image* = Image uploader for JPG, PNG, GIF.
Heading (text only)* = A heading that will be shown in the frontend.
Text (rich text)* = A body text that supports bulleted or numbered lists, hyperlinks, bold and italic texts.
Overall mood = A question with predefined answers that can be answered with smileys ranging from sad to happy.
Question (text only)* = The question text. E.g. ‘How was your week?’.

Here you can upload media (maximum of one image or one video) that is shown on the start page.
Open question
Question (text only)* = The question text.
Placeholder = Add a placeholder for the input field.
MPC text =This is a neutral multiple choice question for the purpose of reflection or feedback, meaning that it has no correct or incorrect answer.
Question (text only)* = The question text.
Options = Add two or more answer options (see below).
Option (text only)* = The option text.
MPC mood = A question with predefined answers that can be answered with smileys ranging from sad to happy. It is the same as the overall mood question but can be more specific.
Question (text only)* = The question text. E.g. ‘How do you feel about your work place?’.
MPC scale = A question with predefined answers that can be answered on a scale from 1 to 5.
Question (text only)* = The question text.
