Reporting, organising your assets, and making guidance management smoother than ever, it's all here!

Whatโ€™s included?

  • ๐Ÿ“… Reports with time filter for contract dates: Filter reports by contract start or end date

  • ๐Ÿ—‚ Collections for assets: Organise images, PDFs, videos, and docs into collections, sub-collections, sub-sub collections, etc.

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Automatic migration for guidance content: FAQs, walkthroughs, and intakes that were initially created on the content builder will be auto-migrated to Studio.

๐Ÿ“… Reports with time filter for contract dates

Weโ€™ve heard your feedback: you needed a way to filter users by their contract start date for more accurate reporting. Weโ€™re happy to say that this is now possible!

Under Reporting > Progression, in the Activities, Journeys, or Programmes tabs, look for the User filters section. There, you can:

  • Select a specific contract start date

  • Choose a range between two contract start dates

  • Filter for contract start dates up to a certain date

Once youโ€™ve applied the filter, you can also adjust the x-axis range above the chart to keep the timeline in context.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip:

Combine this filter with scheduled reporting to track new employee onboarding or monitor the activity of long-standing users over time.

๐Ÿ—‚ Collections for assets

Ever get lost in a sea of assets and wonder what theyโ€™re even for? Collections are here to help. You can now keep your asset library tidy by grouping related content together. Create collections, then add sub-collections (and even sub-sub-collections) to store your images, PDFs, videos, and docs in a way thatโ€™s easy to find.

To get started, go to Content > Assets, then:

  1. Click the + icon next to Collections

  2. Name your collection

๐Ÿ‘€ For example...

...If you have 15 images, 3 documents, and 1 video for a specific group, you can now store them all in a single collection, so everything you need is in one place.

Once your collections exist:

  • You can move existing assets into a collection:

    1. Go to Content > All assets

    2. Select the assets you want to move by checking the boxes in the top-left corner of each item

    3. Click on the three-dot-blue button, a drop-down will appear. Select "Move to collection"

    4. You can now choose the collection from the list

    5. Move to collection and "voila!"

๐ŸŽฏ Automatic migration for guidance content

As you know, we have been busy migrating FAQs, walkthroughs, and intakes from the content builder to studio... To make the migration even more seamless for you, these will be automatically migrated to studio the next time you edit these types of guidance!

What this means for you:

  • No manual migration needed

  • Creation process stays the same

๐Ÿ”ฅ Important

This only applies to guidance still linked to the content builder.
