You can now build walkthroughs directly from Content > Guidance then clicking Create content.
That's right! No need to switch to the Content Builder!
Here’s what’s improved:
Walkthrough are fully centralised in Studio
Same functionality, smoother user interface
Add as many slides as needed to introduce new users
Once your walkthrough is published, just set up the automation:
Go to Behaviour > Automations
Click Create automation
Choose a trigger (e.g. User time = New user or specific group conditions)
Select action: Unlock intakes/walkthroughs
Enable the automation
🎉 That’s it! Matching users will now get access to the right walkthroughs at the right time.
🌍 Language progression
Creating content in multiple languages? You can now clearly see how much of each learning activity is filled out per activated language, including the default language, which wasn’t previously visible.
This update helps you:
Stay on top of translation progress across all languages
pot incomplete learning content, even for the default platform language
