📄 New PDF reader template
You can now use a dedicated PDF template in Learning bites that lets learners preview PDFs before downloading.

Why it helps:
Previously, PDFs couldn't be previewed at all.
Now, learners get a whole new experience: a clean and readable preview before downloading documents.
Great for policies, guides, and embedded handbooks
How to use it:
Choose the PDF template when creating a Learning bite in Control:
What it looks like on LXP:
🕵️♂️ Hide modules without rules
You will no longer have the problem or mistakenly publishing activities/journeys/programmes and for it to be visible to all.
Why?
Because we have developed a new feature which can be disabled/enabled in settings:
Control > Settings > Features > under "Content management & delivery" > Hide modules and journeys without rules
What’s changed:
New platforms (from June 2025 onward) hide any published activity, journey, or programme unless it's part of an automation
🔥 Important
Admins can enable this feature on their platform if not enabled, ensuring content is not accidentally visible to users.
🔁 Retry role-play
Learners can now choose to retry a role-play scenario on TinQwise NOW!
More specifically, a "Try again" button appears at the end of each role-play scenario, after having gone through the feedback.
Why it’s useful:
Encourages exploration and repeated practice
Useful for trying out different responses and seeing varied outcomes
🔍 Search bar enhancements
We’ve made backend improvements to make search in control and LXP, faster and more efficient.
While you may not see any visual changes, you will definitely feel the change!
✨ Product portal
Have ideas to improve the platform? The Product portal is always open!
How to access?
As am admin, go to your profile in Control and select Product portal.
Here’s what you can do:
Add new suggestions
Vote and comment on existing ideas
