We heard you, so we made things faster.
We know some of you were experiencing slow load times and delays in reports. Thanks for your patienceโ€”weโ€™ve been working behind the scenes to speed things up:

  • Faster reports โ€“ Reports now generate more quickly, so you get insights without the wait.

  • More stability โ€“ A major database upgrade means a smoother, more reliable experience.

  • Speed improvements across the board โ€“ Small but mighty tweaks have made everything run faster.

Less waiting, more doing. Enjoy the smoother experience, and as always, keep the feedback coming!


๐ŸŒTranslatable (sub)menu items and reminders

Navigate the platform and communicate with users in the language that feels most natural. Your learning experience, your language.

Menu

To access the translations for the (sub)menu items navigate to Control>Settings>Features>Add (sub)menu item, and upload the text in the languages you need

Reminders

To send a reminder in a specific language navigate to Control>Users>Invitation then select the user(s) in need of a reminder and click on the button "Send reminder". After that, a window will open on the right for you to edit the text in the wanted languages.
The text you are uploading will be addedd to the default message you have setted.

๐Ÿ’ก Note: Content can only be translated into the languages that are enabled on your platform.


โœ๏ธAccess answers from incomplete activities

Get immediate insight into learner understanding, helping you provide timely support, adjust content strategy, or prevent drop-offs before they happen. Access learner responses in real timeโ€”no need to wait for activity completion. Simply navigate to Control, open the activity, and click on the "Questions" tab.

๐Ÿ’ก Note: This is not possible for "Quiz ordering", "Fill in the blanks" "Swiping serie" activities yet.


๐Ÿ‘€Quickly access to "last seen"

Previously, the platform only tracked when a user last logged in. To give you a more accurate view of real activity, weโ€™ve replaced "Last login" with "Last seen." This update makes it easier to check when users were actually active, with "Last seen" now also visible in more places across the platform - user profile, user list, user export. Whether you're tracking engagement, monitoring progress, or managing participation, get clearer insights at a glance.
