Step 1: Uploading a Document to the Asset Library
Navigate to the Asset Library:
Log in to TinQwise Control.
In the left menu, go to Content → Assets.
Add a New Asset:
Click on the “+ ADD ASSET” button.
Select the PDF document from your local system.
The document will now appear in the asset library.
Tip: Use clear and descriptive file names, such as “Returns Policy - V2.pdf”, to improve searchability.
Step 2: Enabling AI Processing for the Document
Click on the uploaded document in the asset library.
A popup window will open with document details.
Toggle the switch “Enable AI processing with TinQwise NOW”.
Click Save.
Once enabled, the AI will index the document’s content, making it available for real-time responses.
Step 3: Checking AI Readiness Status
Documents that are successfully indexed for AI usage will show a “Ready for AI” label in the asset library.
If a document is still being processed, it will display “Preparing for AI use”.
Test the answers by navigating to TinQwise NOW and asking it specific questions you know it can only answer with information from your uploaded document.
