2. How do we ensure separation between customers when sending data to OpenAi?

We use a separate OpenAI tenant, with a dedicated API key. Prompt logs are stored only on TinQwise side.

3. Who provides the content that NOW uses to generate answers?

The content in these steps comes from platform admins, or TinQwise/partner project staff (working under NDA).


4. What if the answer to a question isn't available on the platform?

TinQwise NOW doesn’t generate answers. It delivers the right ones. If an answer is missing, it first needs to be added to your learning platform.


5. Can we use TinQwise NOW without the TinQwise Learning Platform?
