We use a separate OpenAI tenant, with a dedicated API key. Prompt logs are stored only on TinQwise side.

The content in these steps comes from platform admins, or TinQwise/partner project staff (working under NDA).
What if the answer to a question isn't available on the platform?
The Learning Assistant doesn’t generate answers. It delivers the right ones. If an answer is missing, it first needs to be added to your learning platform.

How long does it take for a new activity in the platform to be indexed for the AI?
Around one hour, but it depends on the amount of the activity updated.
How do I include/exclude learning content like activities, journeys and programmes?
All the learning content is available for the Learning Assistant, at the moment there is not possibility to exclude activities (only PDFs). It is possible to limit the access to the content to specific users and groups through automations.
How to enable the Learning Assistant for a group?
The Learning Assistant can only be enabled for all users.
