π How is customer data separated when using OpenAI?
We use a dedicated OpenAI tenant with its own API key.
Prompt logs are stored only on the TinQwise side.
π Who provides the content used to generate answers?
All answers come from content available on your platform.
Learning content (activities, programmes, journeys)
PDF documents added to the Asset Library and enabled for AI
Content is created by admins, TinQwise team members, or partners working under NDA.
β What happens if an answer is missing?
TinQwise NOW does not invent answers.
If the answer is not available, the information must be added to your platform or uploaded as a PDF.
π€ NOW gave the wrong answer. Why is this?
TinQwise NOW does not generate or guess information. It only provides answers based on existing content in your platform and indexed PDFs.
If the answer seems incorrect:
Check the Insights tab to see where the information came from
Make sure the correct and most up-to-date content is available in the platform or asset collection

TinQwise NOW is ready to use as soon as it is enabled and the GDPR terms are signed.
After that, there is no waiting time. The Learning Assistant is available immediately.
π Can TinQwise NOW work without the TinQwise Learning Platform?
Yes. TinQwise NOW can also be used as a standalone tool.
π Which languages are supported?
TinQwise NOW supports every language that is available in the platform.

π Can TinQwise NOW use our existing PDFs?
Yes. You can upload manuals, SOPs, or other PDFs to the Asset Library, enable AI processing, and NOW will extract useful information from them.
β± How long does indexing take?
Content is usually indexed within about one hour.
Timing may vary based on document size or platform activity.
π― How do I control what content TinQwise NOW uses?
Content access is managed through assistants. When setting up an assistant, you assign:
A collection (PDFs the assistant can use)
A group (which users the assistant is available to)
TinQwise NOW will only give answers based on:
Learning content that the selected group has access to
PDFs in the assigned collection
π₯ Can I enable TinQwise NOW for just one group?
No. TinQwise NOW is enabled for the entire platform. Once active, it is available to all users.
π§© I donβt have any assistants set up. Is that a problem?
Yes. If no assistants are active, learners will not be able to use TinQwise NOW. This setup ensures that answers are accurate and relevant to the right audience.
