As we wrap up the year, we’ve been working on something BIG behind the scenes that we can’t wait to reveal soon 🤖. While this causes December’s update to be smaller in size, we still present an important change that improves reporting accuracy.

📝Failed Exam State
We’ve improved exam reporting to provide better insights into learner performance.

What’s changed?
Previously, when learners used all their attempts to pass an exam but didn’t succeed, the exam was still marked as “completed.” This made it difficult for managers and admins to track whether learners had passed or failed.

What’s new?

  • If a learner fails an exam after their final attempt, the exam will now show as failed in reporting, instead of “completed.”

    • Immediate team leads and managers can see whether an exam is failed or passed in the reporting page.

    • Platform admins are able to see the results in the Control, in activity details or progression exports.

This small but impactful change makes it easier for managers to identify and support learners who need additional help.
